Funding to support CON-PhD students for conferences and continuing education opportunities.
Information Overview

1. The university travel fund application is a first stop: GPSC Travel Grants | Graduate & Professional Student Council: https://gpsc.arizona.edu/travel-grants. GPSC funding (which may be more in amount if awarded) is the best place to start, if their funding cycle falls within the timeline for your desired conference date.

2. Once you fill out the GPSC travel fund application, you also may apply for CON internal funding if you want to attend a professional meeting or conference (no abstract presented) or if you have had an abstract accepted for a poster or podium presentation. This funding is generously provided by a donor with a special interest in CON-PhD students.

3. CON-PhD students that receive this funding support will be asked to write a thank you letter to the donor and send it to Dr. Taylor-Piliae, within 10 days after returning home from the conference/ professional meeting.
