SHPE Event Bulk Registration is an alternative option for SHPE chapters paying for 5 or more registration fees with a university/college check, money order or credit card. This process will instruct your chapter on the steps to request and register for SHPE National events utilizing a promotional code. The promotional code is distributed once payment terms are agreed upon.

Event Bulk Registration Process:
STEP 1: SHPE Chapter to complete SHPE Event Bulk Registration Invoice Request Form in its entirety. Once submitted, a notification will be sent to SHPE National’s Registration Coordinator.
STEP 2: Once the request has been confirmed by the registration coordinator, SHPE National’s Finance Department will generate an invoice and forward it via email to the contact person listed on the SHPE Event Bulk Registration Invoice Request Form along with the listed chapter advisor within 2-3 business days. Once an invoice is generated, it cannot be modified. SHPE Chapter will be responsible for full payment by due date stated on invoice.
Note: Bulk Registration Invoice Request Form will adhere to SHPE's cancellation policy. NO EXCEPTIONS!
STEP 3: SHPE Chapter will need to ensure payment is submitted to SHPE National by the terms indicated on the invoice. Credit Card payment can be made online through a secured portal linked on the invoice. Check or Money Orders can be made payable to SHPE and mailed to:

STEP 4: Once SHPE has received payment, a unique bulk registration promotional code will be generated by SHPE National and forwarded via email to the listed contact person on the SHPE Event Bulk Registration Invoice Request Form within 2-3 business.
[SHPE Chapter contact will be responsible for distribution of promotional code to their designated SHPE chapter members. The promotional code is not to be shared/sold to other SHPE chapters. SHPE is not responsible for misuse or unlawful distribution of the code.]
STEP 6: SHPE members with the promotional code will proceed to register for their selected event . An ACTIVE SHPE membership is a requirement for all events. SHPE members will apply the promotional code on Step 5 of the registration process. The promotional code will bypass the payment option.
All codes must be redeemed 72 Hours before start of event
All Invoices but be paid 1 week prior to event.
Bulk Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@shpe.org. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to their respective event start date will be refunded minus a 25% administrative fee. If cancellations are made before invoice is paid, the 25% administrative fee will be invoiced separately.
