2025 Honduras Mission Trip--Student Application

Students, please review the following information with your parents/guardians before continuing with the application.

Trip date: June 11-18, 2025

Deadline for Application: February 23, 2025

Total Cost for the Trip: approximately $1,600.00 to $1,700.00 per person

The price range depends on taxes, flight fees and the amount of donations raised through envelopes of hope for the senior gifts ($300 per senior) and service projects in Roatan.
This cost also does not include passport fees.

$300 non-refundable deposit due: February 25, 2025

Please note: If we purchase a flight in your name and you have to cancel the trip for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of the flight even if it exceeds $300. Flights are very difficult to change names. You should be able to retain the points/mileage of the flight to use at a later date within the calendar year of purchase.

50% of trip cost due: March 30th, 2025

75% of trip cost due: April 27th, 2025

100% of trip cost due: May 25th, 2025

Additional Requirements:

At least 50% average attendance at Sunday morning UHSM table talks or UHSM Wednesday nights from Jan.-May 2025

Able to attend at least 3 mission training meetings (Training dates TBD according to mission team schedules).

*If multiple students submit applications simultaneously when spots become even more limited, our UHBC The Missions Council will select the students to fill the spots.
