LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT: I have read and agree to the following statement: Lone T Livestock , the owner under Chapter 87 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code is not Liable for any injuries caused by animals while participating in activities that include farm animals. “ UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), A FARM ANIMAL PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES.” Please note we do have a sign on petting farm fence at all times that says this like the law states we need to do.

Deposit is paid ONLY via PayPal or Cashapp. When I hear back from Lone T Livestock after submitting this form I will be sent and invoice to complete my deposit payment.
