I acknowledge that on the rare occasion, accidents may occur through no fault of DANCE1 or its instructors. In this instance, I release DANCE1 and its instructors of any and all injuries & damage incurred by my dancer.*

Keeping our DANCE1 community safe & healthy is our highest priority. By enrolling & attending classes at DANCE1, dancers & families are respecting and agreeing to the following:
I understand that students must be overall physically well & symptom free to participate in dance classes. Dancers who present to the DANCE1 Studio unwell or who become unwell on premises will need to be collected IMMEDIATELY.*
