VENDOR PROCEDURES:
1. Fill out vendor application
2. Email confirmation will be sent out to applicant
3. Lakay Boutik will review the information submitted
4. Lakay Boutik will inform of decision
5. Once approved, an email will be sent out with details on how to proceed.
6. Vendor will enter 1year renewable agreement with Lakay Boutik
7. The vendor is responsible to ship items to the United States.
VENDOR SET UP FEE: $100



NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE OFFENSIVE, IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED, IF LAKAY BOUTIK DEEMED ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, IT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON OUR WEBSITE.
