    1. themindspace Psychology and Education will retain a copy of the interview data, test results, and final report as per the confidentiality requirements prescribed by the Australian Psychological Society.

    At themindspace, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care while embracing innovative tools to enhance our services. As part of our commitment to efficiency and accuracy, we have integrated artificial intelligence (AI) into certain aspects of our practice.
    Specifically: 

    Microsoft Copilot: Used to assist with administrative tasks, such as managing documentation and streamlining workflows. 
    Heidi Health: A transcription software that supports accurate and efficient notetaking during sessions. 

    These tools adhere to the strict health care compliance standards and are utilised to support our operations and ensure that we maintain focus on providing you with personalised and attentive care. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the use of these technologies, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    2. Raw test data or the test interpretive reports will only be released to a qualified psychologist with experience at test interpretation when written consent is obtained by the applicant.

    3. Copies of the final psychological report will only be released to the referring organisation with written consent from the applicant.
