OCHEA + CO-OP Application
This application is for both OCHEA membership and Co-op registration. OCHEA's $15 membership fee and half the total tution is due with this application. Please mail check payable to OCHEA to PO Box 2498, Orangeburg, SC 29116 or give check in person to Catherine Roberts.

Please download and print the OCHEA + Co-op Handbook to reference for vital information throughout the year, as well as class descriptions for middle/high school students to choose classes.

OCHEA membership fee for one school term (August 2023- May 2024) is $15.00 per family. This gives you access to group communication and the opportunity to participate in field trips, holiday parties, planned social gatherings, academic showcase functions, graduation, etc. Fee will be totaled with Co-op tuition. Applications submitted will be held for 14 days to await mailed check payment.
