For Youth Ages 6 to 16 Only Please

Space is Limited - So That We are Able to Work with Each Child - We Only Allow 8 Young Entreperneurs Per Workshop!

Workshop & Youth Market Location: Grace Evangelical Free Church - 13060 Factory Lane. Louisville, KY 40245

Parents are NOT REQUIRED to stay during our workshop - You may drop off & shop at our market or run your errands but everyone MUST be picked up by 4:30pm! Your child will ONLY be released at the end of the workshop to the person(s) listed on this registration form - you may update this list at the time of drop off. A photo ID will be required to pick up your child!

Parents are REQUIRED to stay & supervise children 12 & under during our youth markets!

Workshops & Mentorship is being provided by our market manager & business owner: Danielle Bryant

100% of our registration fee proceeds go towards our Free Mini Kids Library @ the Market!

We offer an half off discount for any additional siblings that would like the participate as well!
