Please fill out this form below no later than 5 days before you would like to do a new workshop so that we can take care of everything for you in a timely manner.
It is important to note that you will need to create a new Zoom meeting/webinar in your Zoom account first before filling out this form as there will be places where you will need to enter the Zoom join link, meeting id, and passcode so that information is provided to me. This only applies if you are doing a virtual or hybrid event.
It is also very important to note that when you are creating the meeting that the checkbox next to where it says 'Registration Required' is NOT checked as this will cause complications with the registration process we have setup.
Lastly, if you would like to make changes to the verbiage that is on the various landing pages or emails that get sent out for the workshop, there is a place at the end of this form where you will be able to upload documents from your computer with the requested changes.
