Thank you for graciously volunteering to help with Tons of Trucks 2023! You will be an integral part of the success of this year’s event! One of the learning’s from last year’s event is that we did not have accurate information and numbers for our volunteers. We want to ensure that every volunteer has a t-shirt in their correct size and a lunch provided to them if they volunteer for 4 hours or more. If you have multiple members of your family volunteering, we will need each individual to be registered as a volunteer. Only volunteers that are registered will be given the wrist band that will provide them with the t-shirt and boxed lunch. The Team Leader for the Team you are placed on will contact you with all the details. Thank you again for volunteering for Tons of Trucks!

Truck Team - source and recruit truck participants, day of event - help with truck arrival and departure and liaison to truck participantsSponsorship / Vendor Team - source and recruit sponsors and vendors, day of event - help with vendor set up and tear downGames Team - set up and tear down games. Work the game during the eventWelcome Team - day of event - help set up and tear down welcome booths, work at welcome booth selling food and beverage items, answering guest questions, and directing guestsDocent Team - giving tours of the Worship Center during the eventParking Team - assisting and directing guests to parking locations.
