Before proceeding with the application process, please review the Arboretum Program webpage to ensure you are prepared to submit all required application materials, including an up-to-date tree list, through this form.
Once your tree list and application materials are approved, we will be in touch to schedule your inspection during the months of May - September.
If you need to order new tree tags, we strongly encourage you to wait on our approval of your updated tree list before placing an order and installing them.
