All Landlords are required to register their Tenants with CCHP. A $50.00 registration fee is required at time of registration. Landlords are required to register new Tenants for each address and/or the relocation of an existing Tenant to a new location.

Waiver of Facility Rights

As owner of the above premises, I hereby waive my rights to the use of Community Corporation of Highpoint Inc. facilities and herby authorize permission for the above tenant to do so for the length of their tenancy. I understand and acknowledge responsibility to Community Corporation of Highpoint, Inc. for the adherence by my tenants, their guests and invitees to all the Rules and Regulations of the community and further that infractions of said Rules and Regulations may result in monetary fines being assessed against me in accordance with the Grievance procedures and policies of the Community.
