    ------------

Our price for dogs is $2500 USD.

We match all puppies and dogs to homes best suited for them as the dogs are our priority. Puppies typically get matched with homes around 7-9 weeks of age. Any puppies sold will go home no sooner than 8 weeks of age at a minimum. Highside reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale to any prospective buyer for any reason at any time.

Any dogs from Highside will require a non-refundable payment of $500 USD in order to hold a spot on our wait list for one of our dogs. Payment is only due after you have been accepted as a prospective buyer and the litter is on the ground (born).

Crops are not always available and must be requested well ahead of time. Please inquire if we have a crop option available for your potential litter and puppy. If a dog is requested to be cropped, we have limited trusted vets to complete them.

    -

Cropping availability TBD as of 01May24

     -

If you choose to get a puppy's ears cropped: Ear cropping will be an additional non-refundable $650 USD due up front with the initial waitlist payment and will be completed by a licensed veterinarian under anesthesia. Puppy must be paid in full no later than 1 week prior to the scheduled appointment in order to have any crop services rendered.

Should you choose against the cropping before service has been rendered but after any non-refundable vet reservations have been made, the remaining balance, if available, will be transferred to the overall cost of the puppy purchase. If the puppy is not paid in full by the provided date to be cropped, you will lose your crop deposit and option to crop.

Should a puppy be sold with natural ears, they are not to be cropped.

We do not offer discount puppies. Each dog had the same amount of care and effort put into breeding and raising them, and the pricing reflects as such regardless of gender, color, or registration.

This application will be considered your contract if you are a pet (limited registration) home.

Thank you for considering Highside for your new family member!

  • Madison Haas, Breeder, and Highside are all the same entity in regards to the contract provided.

By submitting this electronically, I acknowledge that I have completely read the provided application questionnaire, agree with any terms provided within it, and comprehend it fully. The contract is between Madison Haas and I, the applicant.

I understand that applying for a dog or puppy does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the cancelation of a sale and/or forfeiture of ownership of any dog(s) purchased or adopted from Highside.

At Highside, we know that life happens sometimes. Highside will always understand that life changes happen and we are always willing to take a puppy back at any age.

I agree to contact and return the dog to the Breeder in the event the dog no longer fits my lifestyle for any reason. I will not rehome, transfer, or resell the dog without Breeder approval. In the event the dog is returned to Highside under any circumstance, up to but not limited to: Falling terminally ill, having the dog removed by police or animal control, deciding to return the dog, and/or unexpectedly passing away; I agree to automatically release ownership and registration in full back to Madison Haas.

*Should the Breeder unexpectedly pass, Highside encourages you to reach out to the American Beauceron Club Rescue for assistance.

I agree to not crop or alter the dog's ears should it be sold with natural ears. I understand that if I have my dog's ears cropped or altered in direct violation of the contract, the Breeder may reclaim the dog and dog's registration in full. Should I crop the dog in violation of this contract: I agree I shall be held responsible for any and all costs associated with ear correction surgery in the event a veterinary professional deems an ear correction appropriate.

Should the dog sold have altered ears, also referred to as a crop, I agree to purchase and use supplies as directed to post the dog's ears as necessary under Breeder guidance until they are standing upright and deemed correct by the Breeder. Failure to care correctly for a crop is considered a direct violation of this contract and the Breeder may reclaim the dog and dog's registration in full. In the event it is determined I violated this section of contract and did not care for a crop correctly: I agree I shall be held responsible for any and all costs associated with ear correction surgery in the event a veterinary professional deems an ear correction appropriate.

I agree that I will not breed my dog. If an accidental breeding occurs I will notify the Breeder.

In the event the dog sold is female:  Should the dog end up pregnant, I agree to immediately notify the Breeder as soon as any pregnancy is suspected. I agree to release my dog to the Breeder to whelp and raise any possible litter that occurs. Failure to notify the Breeder of a pregnancy and failure to release the dog to the Breeder are both a direct violation of this contract and the Breeder may contact local authoritiesto assistin reclaiming the dog should I not comply. I understand and agree that if I hand over the dog to be whelped out, Breeder shall take responsibility for whelping, raising and placing the litter, and will have the dog spayed prior to release back to the owner.

I agree that should I choose not to notify the Breeder as soon as a pregnancy is suspected or release the dog to be whelped by the Breeder: Upon discovery, the Breeder shall have the right to reclaim the dog and the dog's registration in full along with any potential resulting litter produced by said dog  as penalty for violating this contract.

In the event any breeding or breeding attempts were determined to have been done with any degree of intent, I agree to pay a fee of $10,000 to the Breeder and forfeit the dog along with the dog's registration in full to Highside for intentionally breaking the contract.

I agree to sign any paperwork necessary for Breeder to become the owner of any semen provided by the dog within 3 days of being requested.

Should the dog be requested for collection, I agree to make the dog available to the Breeder within 2 weeks of the request. The Breeder agrees they will return the dog within 7 days to allow for travel for collection. Breeder assumes all responsibilities for care of the dog medically while the dog is in Breeder's care.
