A USTA League Team Confirmation & Agreement form is required for all USTA League teams. Captains need to acquire confirmation from your facility prior to submitting this Agreement.

Team Confirmations must be submitted by February 20, 2026 to be included in the league season.

Important Dates:

Feb. 20 - Team registration form due

Feb. 27 - At least 8 players registered on the team

Mar. 13 - Schedule published on TennisLink

Apr. 2 - Deadline for reschedules

Mar. 27 - League Begins

June 14 - League Ends

June 20-21 - Playoffs
