Carroll Hospital cares about the intellectual well-being, success and advancement of our team members, and we are committed to recruit and retain the best of the best to care for our community. As such, the Carroll Hospital Foundation through the generosity of The Harold Glen and Audrey G. Benson Trumpower Foundation has established The Harold Glen and Audrey G. Benson Trumpower Employee Education Fund.

The Fund is available for Carroll Hospital and BridgingLife team members. Team members can apply for scholarships to cover expenses towards higher education, educational training and conferences.

Certification that is reimbursed by Carroll Hospital/BridgingLife under the LifeBridge Health reimbursement policy cannot be covered by the Fund.

For furthering education, Team Member is required to read the attached policy on tuition reimbursement and apply for it if they qualify. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis by completing the following:
