Please complete the form below to apply for your cat(s) or dog(s) to be spayed/neutered through PALS MOBILE program. Please note: A maximum of six pets per household can be spayed/neutered through the program.
When applying, proof of income and payment information must be submitted.
Mobile Unit Special Considerations
Mobile appointments are only available from April until July and take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Due to the pop-up nature of this clinic, appointments are only available 4 – 6 weeks in advance.
Priority may be granted to those who face transportation barriers and are closest to a clinic location.
For Dog Applicants
The Mobile unit is only able to accept applications for dogs UNDER 25 pounds (small dogs only) due to space constraints. For larger dogs, please apply for the PALS program at EHS.
