In connection with any employment application to AAR CORP. I have read and understand the AAR Employee Drug-Free Workplace Policy. In consideration of being considered for employment, I understand that testing will be conducted to determine the presence of marijuana, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine (PCP), and amphetamines ora metabolite of those drugs in my system, and that a verified positive drug test will disqualify me from employment. I also understand that, if employed by the Company, I may be subject to Random, Post-Accident, Reasonable Suspicion, and Return-to-Duty testing, and that failure of any such test may result in termination.

Finally, I represent that I have never failed or refused to take a drug test on any pre-employment drug or alcohol test administered by an employer to which I applied for, but did not obtain a safety-sensitive position covered by DOT agency drug and alcohol testing rules.
