This tool has been developed in conjunction with Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland's Regional Sports Trusts (Aktive, CLM Community Sport, Harbour Sport, Sport Auckland and Sport Waitākere) and supported by Auckland Council.

Your organisation/club/rōpū will be guided through this questionnaire, and it will cover the following topics:

    1. Leadership & Governance

    2. Business Operations

    3. Facilities & Venues

    4. Relationships & Stakeholders

    5. People

    6. Climate Action & Sustainability

This is not a test and your organisation/club/rōpū will not be scored or compared with others.

The data gathered through this questionnaire will be shared with you following completion. We will review the information you provide with a focus on how we can support your organisation/club/rōpū to build its capability.

Any themes from the data gathered from those that complete the tool will used to shape the support provided by Regional Sports Trusts across the region.

You can leave this questionnaire at any time and it will save your responses.

  • Privacy Declaration - I give permission for this data to be shared with representatives from my associated Regional Sports Trust and partners for the sole purpose of providing support.*
  • As you have selected not to agree to our privacy requirements, we are unable to continue through the questionnaire.

If you wish to change your mind, you can select the 'back' button below and update your answer to access the questionnaire.

Thank you for your interest in this process, feel free to reach out to your Regional Sports Trust to discuss other options for support.
