    After reviewing the form I will reach out to you with my professional opinion of how we should continue forward and what type of service I suggest. Then you will be given a date and time to request on our website, where you’ll be asked to provide a credit card in order to book (see cancellation policy below). Please allow time to hear back.     I require ATLEAST 48 hours to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. NO CALL/ NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the service scheduled and will be banned from making any future appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or provide a lesser service than what was originally scheduled.
