Registration includes continuing education credits and OAGE membership until January 2024. At that time, dues will be charged on an annual basis ($60 regular membership, $40 membership for retirees, $30 membership for students).

Unless this permission is revoked in writing to OAGE, by virtue of their attendance all conference visitors agree to the use of their likeness in such materials.

We offer full refunds for registration if you email questions@oage.org no later than Friday, April 14th. Otherwise, consider it a donation to future OAGE Conferences. We will not provide refunds for any technology-related issues to anyone attending virtually.

If needed, you can transfer your registration to someone else. However, the transferred registration must be for the same type of registration. For example, you can transfer a student registration ticket to another student. You CANNOT transfer a student registration ticket to a professional.
