    -If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will kindly be asked to reschedule.

    -We ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made as soon as possible and no less then 24 hours before your scheduled appointment start time.

    -Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice, will be charged 25% of total booked service value.

    -All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of total booked service value.

    **A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CHEMICAL & EXTENSION SERVICES.

    Your appointment will not be confirmed until a deposit is received. A $50 deposit will be applied to your total on the day of your service. Any cancellations made less the 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiting of your deposit and a new deposit must be placed before you will be rebooked. **

     

    -All appointments will be confirmed by text message and e-mail.

    -A 24-hour notice is requested for any rescheduling or cancellations.

    -For liability reasons, and for their safety, children are not allowed in the salon unless receiving a service.

    -I have read and understand the Cancellation/Late policy.

    -I consent to photographs of my service being shared on social media on both @saloncapelli.temecula Instagram page and Salon Capelli Facebook page.

    -I understand that Nicole Sidoti is a licensed professional, and that by law she has the right to refuse service to any client at any time if she feels as though her well-being is compromised.
