  • CarrierCon 2026 Attendee Volunteer Application

  • Attendee Volunteers are responsible for fulfilling minor tasks at the event. Sample tasks may include wristband checking spaces, answering simple wayfinding questions, or monitoring and tidying spaces. We ask that Attendee Volunteers work at least a partial day.

    Attendee Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.

    Attendee Volunteers will receive complimentary Admission as well as meals and CarrierCon's gratitude!

    Attendee Volunteers who do not fulfill their duties or perform according to our standards will not be allowed to volunteer at future events and in some instances, may be dismissed or ejected from the convention. This includes abandoning post without securing permission from a supervisor, violating policies, or displaying poor attitude.

    Attendee Volunteers are welcome to perform their duties in cosplay but must wear their Volunteer lanyard designating them as a Volunteer for the duration of their shift.

  • All volunteers MUST attend one Volunteer Orientation session over Zoom. Failure to attend will result in ineligibility.*
  • Volunteers MUST work a minimum of 2 (two) shifts over the weekend. Please select the shifts that you wish. You are free to enjoy the Con for any shift that you are not working.*

  • ATTENTION: Friday shift workers will be assisting with event set up.  You MUST be capable for physical work such as carrying boxes and tables, climbing stairs, heavy equipment set up, etc.  

  • Please arrange the below Volunteer Duties to your interest levels (with the top #1 being your preferred duty/job location). We will do our best to assign all volunteers to one of their preferred areas, ideally their top pick.
