Membership details:
The Part-Time Athlete ($80 p/w)
2 x strength & conditioning sessions per week with coaching supervision and instruction.
Individualised programming tailored to your goals and abilities progressing in four-week blocks.
Athletic testing - force plate strength + smart speed sprint testing.
Monday – Thursday options @ 6:30pm + Friday @ 4:30pm
Nutritional guidance (if requested)
The Local Athlete ($95 p/w)
3 x strength & conditioning sessions per week with coaching supervision and instruction.
Individualised programming tailored to your goals and abilities progressing in four-week blocks.

The Full-Time Athlete ($120 p/w)
4 x strength & conditioning sessions with coaching supervision and instruction.
Individualised programming tailored to your goals and abilities progressing in four-week blocks.
Athletic testing - force plate strength + smart speed sprint testing.
Monday - Thursday options @ 6:30pm + Friday @ 4:30pm

Covering all athletic qualities such as:
Strength
Power
Endurance
Speed
Plyometrics
Change of direction
Acceleration / Deceleration
Sprint /run mechanics
Jumping/landing
Injury prevention
Rehabilition
Policies:
- Memberships will sign on for an initial 8-week lock in, followed by a month to month lock in (block by block of programming). This is to eliminate any unnecessary work completed behind the scenes.
- 2 weeks notice is needed for membership cancellations.
- If you cannot make a scheduled session for whatever reason, the membership still stands. There are no make up sessions or rescheduling for the week if you cannot attend the allocated sessions for whatever reason.
- Whilst we are providing you a coaching service, this does not include cleaning up your equipment so please respect the facility and put away whatever equipment you use.
- We aim to create a positive culture to all involved within the group setting, so we encourage greeting others at the beginning of each session to create a good friendly environment to train in.
Payment/Direct Debit
- Payment will be set up as a direct debit via the XODA app.
- You will be guide on the set up of this process once you have completed the sign up form.
