GROUP DISCOUNT OFFER

For student groups there are the following discount rates on the already reduced student rates:

5-10 students = 10% discount = 189 € per student,
11-15 students = 15% discount = 178,50 € per student,
over 15 students = 20% discount = 168 € per student.

please note:

• a student group needs to be accompanied by at least 1 member of staff,
  with this discount, you can only register for the complete symposium, no single days,
• you can only register students from your own institution! A printed copy of the student ID will be required at arrival,
• any staff pays full rate (so don't put any staff on the student list...)
• After submitting, you will be sent an invoice to be paid before 1st of mai 2023 to validate your registration, 
• only after payment you registration for the group is valid,
• because of the high discount, no refund will take place in case a student doesn't/students don't show.

To register your students, please check the info in the email sent to you after this registration.

• limited amount of tents available (first come - first serve)
• tent rent = 40 € for the whole symposium
• max 3 persons per tent (each person pays camping fee = 5€/night)
• deposit = 50 €/tent, which will be refunded when the tent is undamaged when returned.
