    Volunteer Hours Booking Form

  • We rely on our families to volunteer for certain events at BHPC to contribute to the success of our club.

    Each Family is required to do:

    • 4 muster rosters during the year (2 Setup and 2 Canteen rosters) OR 5 Setup rosters for lead line members only
    • 2 working bee / fundraising rosters or 1 working bee and 1 fundraiser roster 
      (Note: Work in the Brookfield Show Canteen is additional to and separate from these Club Rosters)
    • Please note there is no requirement for part-time members to do volunteer hours (canteen, muster set up working bees and fund raisers)

    A fee may be charged (refer By-laws) if members do not attend nominated rosters or provide an agreed replacement. If families wish to be considered for exemption from Club Rosters in 2023, they must apply in writing to the BHPC Committee. Limited exemptions are available, and please note the Club Roster Levy will be forfeited.

  • Canteen Roster during Musters

    • Please note a maximum of three families per canteen roster
    • Part time members do not have to do canteen rosters
    • Once the three slots are filled they will no longer be available for selection
    • Each family has to attend two canteen shifts (two musters)
    • Lead line members does not nominate for canteen duty, but has to nominate for 5 set up rosters
  • Muster Set Up (2pm-5pm the Saturday before Pony Club)

    • Please note a maximum of five families per muster set up
    • Once the five slots are filled they will no longer be available for selection
    • Each family has to attend two muster set ups
    • Families with lead line riders need to select five muster set ups
