Wentzville Low Twelve

The Low Twelve Club is a voluntary program, administered by the Wentzville Temple Association to provide a small cash benefit to the love one of a Brother that has been called home by the Supreme Architect of the Universe. Upon the death of a Brother (who is a member of the Club), each member is assessed $5.00 within 30 days. Members are welcome to "pay ahead" if they are so inclined.

I, the undersigned, a member of Wentzville Lodge No. 46, A.F.& A.M., in good standing, hereby apply for membership in the Wentzville Low Twelve Club. I agree to conform to the By-Laws and pay promptly, when called upon, the assessment of five dollars ($5.00) which is to be made upon the death of each member of this club. Provided, however, that the Board of Directors may at it's discretion, cancel any subsequent assessment. These assessments are to be used to maintain a fund from which shall be paid a sum equivalent to five dollars ($5.00) for each member of the Club in good standing, but not to exceed the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to be paid immediately upon the death of a member to such person as said member shall have previously designated. Provided further, that if the membership of this Club shall be 250 or more, the amount paid shall be on a basis of five dollars ($5.00) for each member of the Club, but not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). I agree that my membership lapses and all benefits cease if any assessment is not paid within thirty (30) days from the date of notification. Per the By-Laws: The beneficiaries of suspended members shall not be entitled to the payment of benefits, nor shall suspended members or others who have ceased to be members, be entitled to any refund or adjustment of assessments paid.
