RETURN AND CHANGE POLICY

This is a pre-paid and non-cancellable rate plan. Once your reservation is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. Changes to guest's names must be requested a minimum of 7 days prior to check-in, unless otherwise stated. Changes to your dates will be subjected to rate changes & minimum length of stay restrictions set in place by the resort/our supplier. No refunds or credits for early departure, cancellation or no-show. Your reservation requires a stipulated deposit of 30%-50% to book.
Upon receipt of your invoice, please review all information to ensure it is correct, including the spelling of the guest's names as for some suppliers, any modification of names may attract a fee. Feel free to ask your agent if said policy applies to your reservation.
