This tax season The University of Tulsa has partnered with VITA to provide in-person tax filing to students, staff and faculty with an annual income of $60,000 or less. See available days & times by viewing the calendar below.
What to bring to your appointment:
- Photo Identification (driver's license, state issued ID, military ID, or passport) for yourself and your spouse (if applicable)
- Social Security card(s) or ITIN number(s) for yourself, spouse, and dependents (if applicable). An original or copy of the card itself is needed.
- All documentation of income for each of the tax years you are filing for (W-2s, 1099s, etc.)
- Any other tax forms or letters from the IRS, your employer(s), or other government agencies
- Bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit of refunds
- Form 1095-A if you have Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) health insurance
- If you wish to amend a previously filed return, please bring a copy of the original return to be corrected
- If you are Married Filing Jointly, you will need to have your spouse present.
