BAA member artists are invited to create art inspired by the theme “Spring Showers, Art Flowers” to be displayed on the BAA Art Wall at R Gallery & Wine Bar, during Boulder Arts Week and beyond!

All artwork is to be created on or mounted to an 8x8" panel/cradle provided by the BAA (Panels will be available to pick up after registration at R Gallery & Wine Bar, 2027 Broadway, Boulder, CO, during business hours)

REGISTRATION OPENS February 20th
Entry Fee: $15.00 (Includes 8x8" panel/cradle)
BAA Membership Required: Use this LINK to join or renew 2023 Membership with the BAA.
8x8" Panels: The BAA will provide 8×8″ wood panel/cradle
Three types of panels available – natural wood, primed gesso, and ultrasmooth
Boards are available beginning February 20th at R Gallery & Wine Bar, 2027 Broadway, Boulder, CO, during business hours.
(One panel per artist.)
We will do our best to have the type of panel you want available, but supplies may be limited.
Registration: Registration opens February 20. 8×8 panels can be picked up at R Gallery & Wine Bar after registration is completed.
Titles and prices: 8x8 Title and price will be collected by R Gallery after the April 1st 11:59pm deadline through email. (Emails to be sent out April 2nd. Deadline for response April 7.)
Deadline for Registration: April 1, 11:59pm
Resgister with R Gallery: An email from R Gallery will be sent out April 2nd. Artists must complete & send in the form from R Gallery by or on April 7 in order for work to be displayed in the gallery.
Drop Off: 8x8s must be dropped off Thursday, April 6, Friday, April 7, or Sunday, April 9 from 11:30am - 5pm at R Gallery & Wine Bar, 2027 Broadway, Boulder, CO during the above dates and times only.
Show Dates: April 11 - May 14, 2023
Opening Reception: Tuesday, April 11th. Join us at 6:00pm for an Artist Talk, with Rick Dallago, followed by the Opening Reception, 7:30 - 8:30 pm.
(Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks may be purchased at R Gallery’s bar.)
Pick Up: Unsold 8x8s must be picked up Sunday, May 14, from 4pm - 5:30pm.
Commissions – 60% to the artist, 30% to R Gallery and 10% to BAA
