Waiver & Consent
1. I confirm that I own the cat or I was given authority by the owner for taking ownership of the cat.

2. I assure Feline Fancy Resort & Spa that this cat is currently in good health condition.

3. A 50% Deposit due at Meet n Greet. Will be 2 weeks prior to start date. Key is also given at that time. Remaining balance due on first day of job.

4. If ever that I wasn't able to pick up my cat on time, Feline Fancy Resort & Spa will be calling the owner and get authorization for the cat to stay with Feline Fancy Resort & Spa.

5. If plans change for any reason, deposits are non refundable but will be credited for resceduled or next service.

6. If my cat needs medical attention, I authorize Feline Fancy Resort & Spa to have it looked at by the in-house veterinarian.

7. If you will need our services during the holidays, please make sure to reserve at least 2-3 weeks before. A $5.00 Per Holiday Fee applies
