Exhibitors must complete the following:
- NAJLA Market Livestock Exhibitor Agreement and Signature Release Form
- Online Market Registration for EACH market animal you are entering in the fair (NAJLA website)
- Large Livestock- Upload 2 pictures when completing online market registration (see details at NAJLA website)
- Coconino County Fair 4-H livestock entry
By signing this form:
- I understand the ownership, online registration and deadlines for entry into the Coconino County Junior Livestock Auction for all market animal I will be entering;
- I understand that all required information; pictures, ear tags, ear notches, and signatures must be completed according to instructions, and uploaded to the ONLINE MARKET REGISTRATION (NAJLA website) in order to be eligible for the Coconino County Fair Junior Livestock Auction;
- I understand the Late Registration Policy;
- I understand if any of the required items are missing, my registration will be incomplete and not accepted, making me ineligible for the Coconino County Junior Livestock Auction;
- I understand that it is my responsibility to read the current General Livestock Rules, 4-H Livestock Rules, National Show Ring Code of Ethics, and the NAJLA Auction Rules.
Market Livestock Ear Tags
- Your project leader will give you an official NAJLA ear tag for each steer/lamb/goat that you enter.
- All swine entries will be tagged at fair weigh-in.
- If an ear tag comes out of your registered animal's ear after the ownership deadline date, contact the NAJLA Registration Committee Chair immediately by email najlasite@gmail.com.
Exhibitor Fee and Sale Percentages
- NAJLA Livestock Rule Sec. II C5: There will be an Administrative Fee not to exceed 4% on Beef and 6% on Swine, Lamb, Goats, Turkeys, Rabbit Meat Pens, and Chicken Fryer Pens that sell through the Auction.
- An Exhibitor fee of $20.00 for Steer, Swine, Lamb & Goats, and $10.00 for Turkeys, Rabbit Meat Pens, and Chicken Fryer Pens will be deducted from exhibitor's check.
Drug Testing
- I understand that all market livestock is subject to drug testing and the Grand and Reserve Champion Steer, Swine, Lamb and Goat will be drug tested.
Photographs
- I give my permission for NAJLA to use my photograph for advertising in print or electronic and social media platforms.
Late Registration Notice
- ONLINE MARKET REGISTRATION received after the deadline, but no later than one week, Large Livestock will be charged a late fee of $100 per exhibit; Small Stock will be charged $50.00. Late Online Registrations will not be accepted after 7 days past deadline.
