FINANCIAL SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

At Woodward, our ambition is to empower and inspire kids to realize that anything is possible. Through our internal fund, we pledge to support kids and organizations by providing scholarships to groups and individuals who would otherwise not have the opportunity to attend Woodward.

All information provided will be held strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose. False information will result in your application being disqualified for a scholarship. Applications should be submitted as soon as possible, there are a limited number of scholarships available.

Make Your Scholarship Application Count

• This application is for financial scholarship purposes only.
  
  
• Be sure to fill out this application in its entirety. Applications missing information will not be considered.
  
  
• Registering your child for a specific week of camp before scholarships are awarded will not guarantee funding assistance for that specific week (regardless of the status of your scholarship application). Registering for camp before you have heard from the scholarship committee is not necessary and it does not increase your child’s chances of receiving a scholarship.
  
  
• The scholarship program is based primarily on financial need. The more specific you can be about your financial situation and/or need for financial aid, the quicker the scholarship committee will be able to evaluate your application. 
  
  
• Limited funds are available. Scholarships are awarded in various amounts and may be applied to summer camp tuition only.
  
  
• Scholarships are valid for full week sessions only. 
  
  

• Scholarships are intended for those who would not be able to attend one week of camp without assistance. If you are planning to attend multiple sessions your scholarship application will not be considered.
  
  

• Scholarship and other discount stacking restrictions may apply.

This Application Requires uploads and will not be processed until all documents are received:

• One letter from parent/guardian explaining the financial need.
  
  
• One letter from the camper explaining why they want to come to camp.
  
  
• One letter from a mentor (teacher, minister, coach, etc.) stating why the applicant should be chosen to receive a scholarship and the things the applicant has done to deserve selection.
