    Please indicate which events you would like to participate in  and the number of wines you would provide (Max 2). If we secure enough interest from winery members to participate, we will advise on next steps. 

  • Deadline to Submit: February 24th, 2023

  • Event 1: Wine Fest Toronto, Ontario

    July 7th - 9th 2023

  • Led by Angela Aiello, building on last year's successful event.
    Location: Rendezviews near Richmond Street West and John Street.
    Est. Attendance:  1,300 for each tasting session, (4 sessions total) 5,200 younger consumers
    Wine Commitment: 4-5 cases per sku
    Max. of 12 skus at the booth
    Participation Fee: $800 per SKU

  • Event 2: Laval Wine Festival, Quebec

    July 14th - 16th, 2023

  • Location: Laval Sheraton Convention Centre
    Est. Attendance:  3,000
    Wine Commitment: 2 cases per sku
    Max. of 12 skus
    Participation Fee: $250 per SKU

  • Event 3: Victoria Wine Festival, Vancouver Island BC

    September 29th - 30th, 2023

  • Location: Victoria
    Est. Attendance:  2,000  (plus Master Class & Cascadia (9 location) Store Partnership)
    Wine Commitment: 1 case per sku
    Max. of 12 skus
    Participation Fee: $500 per SKU

  • Event 4: La Grande Degustation, Montreal QC

    October 19th - 21st, 2023

  • Location: Grand Quai Montreal
    Est. Attendance:  10,000
    Wine Commitment: 2 cases per sku
    Max. of 14 skus
    Participation Fee: $750 per SKU

  • Event 5: Moncton Wine Festival (ANBL), New Brunswick

    November 3rd - 4th, 2023

  • Location: Colisée de Moncton, NB
    Est. Attendance:  2,000
    Wine Commitment: 1 case per sku
    Max. of 14 skus
    Participation Fee: $400 per SKU

  • Event 6: Halifax International Wine Festival, Halifax NS

  • Location: Halifax Nova Scotia, Pier 21 Waterfront
    Est. Attendance:  3,000
    Wine Commitment: 1 case per sku
    Max. of 10 skus
    Participation Fee: $500 per SKU

  • Event 7: Best of Canada Sommelier Competition, Halifax NS

    November 10th - 15th, 2023

  • Location: Halifax Nova Scotia, Pier 21 Waterfront
    Est. Attendance:  300  CAPS sommeliers  (PLUS Master Class with 50 delegates)
    Wine Commitment: 1 case per sku
    Max. of 10 skus
    Participation Fee: $500 per SKU
