Key Peninsula Art Walk 2023

Two Waters Arts Alliance is pleased to announce another remarkable evening of ART, MUSIC, WINE & FOOD on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from 4pm to 8pm in beautiful downtown Key Center.

Our beloved annual tradition and community-wide event includes art exhibits, vendors selling their own creations, live music, food trucks, beer gardens, and local nonprofit organizations - all within easy strolling distance. Key Peninsula Art Walk is open to the public, free to attend, and fun for the whole family!

REGISTRATION DEADLINE JULY 1

PARTICIPATION TERMS:

• All sale proceeds belong to the artist – no commission charged.
• Artists must be in attendance for the duration of the event (4pm-8pm).
• Artists must handle their own sales.
• Artists may share a booth, but the full fee must be paid per participant.
• Assigned booth space will be 10’x10’ unless otherwise requested.
• All participants must sign the liability waiver included in this Registration.
• Participants must supply, set up, and tear down their own tent canopies, tables, chairs, display materials, water, etc. as needed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY and ASSUMPTION OF RISK

In exchange for participation in the annual Art Walk activity on August 2, 2023 and the use of the property, facilities and services of Two Waters Arts Alliance, having an address at PO Box 868, Vaughn, WA 98394, I, the submittor of this Art Walk Registration Form as shown in the Name of Artist and Address fields of this Form, agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:

1. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Two Waters Arts Alliance, or the employees, representatives or agents of Two Waters Arts Alliance.

2. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, as well as any of my/our associated personal property and further release and discharge Two Waters Arts Alliance for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's being present at the Art Walk activity, wherther caused by the fault of myself, my family, Two Waters Arts Alliance or other third parties.

3. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and defend Two Waters Arts Alliance against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees, and other litigation and other costs, which may arise from my or my family's use or presence at the Art Walk activity.

4. PAYMENT FOR DAMAGE. I agree to pay for all injury and damage to person and property of Two Waters Arts Alliance or third parties caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family.

5. APPLICABLE LAW. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Washington law.

6. ENFORCEABILITY. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement, whether standing alone or as applied to a particular occurrence or circumstance, shall not effect the validity or unenforceability of any other provision of this Agreement or of any other applications of such provision, as the case may be, and such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this Agreement.

 

MY SIGNATURE BELOW CONFIRMS THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND I UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
