The Conduit Young Innovator Awards reward the potential of UK-based 18-28 year old changemakers who demonstrate energy and commitment to transform our world for the good of all. We look for innovative ideas and projects relevant to three award categories: Climate, Education, and Social Justice & Inclusion. Evaluation criteria include: viability, innovation, impact, scalability and effective communication amongst others.
