Please read this warranty carefully to understand the coverage that is available to you.
The following issues are NOT included in your Limited Waranty:
- Accidental damage:
Any damage resulting from drops, impacts, or mishandling of the product, including during transport or delivery.
- Water or moisture exposure:
Damage caused by liquid spills, immersion, or any other exposure to moisture.
- Unauthorized modifications:
Any alterations, tampering, or modifications made including decorative.
- Normal wear and tear:
Issues arising from regular use, such as surface scratches, fading, or cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality.
- Improper use or maintenance:
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, failure to follow operating instructions, or improper cleaning methods.
- Electrical issues due to improper power sources:
Damage from plugging into outlets that exceed recommended voltage or using incompatible charging cords and batteries.
- Third-party accessories:
Malfunctions or damage caused by using accessories not approved or provided by Resin Rockers.
- Loss or theft:
The warranty does not cover replacement if the product is lost or stolen.
- Consumable parts:
Wearable components like bulbs or other parts expected to degrade with time and usage.
