    This form is for me to better understand what you're looking to get done before you even walk through the door! I require this for all potential new clients to make sure we're a good fit, but also so it will be a breeze when you come into the salon.

    • The client is aware of the many factors that can come into play with color:

      • Medications
      • Hormones
      • Hair type
      • At home care(shampoos, conditioners, styling products)
      • Hard water
      • Allergies

       

      It is the clients responsibility to disclose all information they can to the stylist.

      I cannot always gaurentee the outcome of the service. Reactions can be very unpredictable!

      I will use my knowledge and expertise to the best of my abilities to provide the best service possible.

    • Cancellation Policy 
    • I understand that emergencies happen and that you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly ask the respect to provide a minimum of 48hrs notice when needing to cancel. Failure to provide enough notice may result in a charge of 50% of the service to the card on file.

       

      If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Anything beyond 20 minutes behind may be considered a no show and will result a charge of 100% of the service. Please be aware that I may not be able to accomodate you if you are late, or the service may not be performed in full. The appointment may need to be rescheduled for another day and subject to a no show fee.
