I understand that emergencies happen and that you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly ask the respect to provide a minimum of 48hrs notice when needing to cancel. Failure to provide enough notice may result in a charge of 50% of the service to the card on file.
If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Anything beyond 20 minutes behind may be considered a no show and will result a charge of 100% of the service. Please be aware that I may not be able to accomodate you if you are late, or the service may not be performed in full. The appointment may need to be rescheduled for another day and subject to a no show fee.
