SCS Talent Show Sign Up Form

Thank you for entering your talent for the SCS talent show on May 12th! We are so excited to celebrate the talent God has given you! And for you to potentially have the opportunity to win prizes that night!

Please submit your talent through this form by the end of the day on Friday, April 14th. While submitting your talent, please also schedule your audition time. Auditions will take place in the bandroom.

As a reminder, 8 acts will be selected from preschool/elementary school, 8 from middle school, and 8 from high school. Please also take note of the following:

* Each talent must be less than 4 minutes.
* Each talent must be God-honoring and appropriate for all ages.
* We will not accept talent submissions after Friday, April 14th.
