Park Key Card Request Form 2025

The Otterbein Church Park restrooms are locked except for the times when special events and rentals are taking place at the park. If you regularly use the park (walk/run on the trail, play on the playground, etc.), you can request a keycard for access to the park restrooms.

The new key card system installation is complete! Any cards distributed prior to May 1, 2025, will no longer work with this new system. Request a new card using the form below. Thank you for helping us keep our facilities secure and accessible!
