Service Agreement Pre- Review
The following contract outlines our policies and procedures. As a new and highly valued Soul Train Animal Care Scoop Service client, you will be required to sign this contract for our records and yours. By signing this contract you give the Scoop Service and its employees permission to enter your property to perform said duties, and agree to all stipulations herein. Please fill out the form below and electronically sign to signify that you accept the terms and conditions of the agreement below.
Service Process:
Once you complete this form we will contact you to schedule your first service which may not fall on your usual service day.
A professional technician visits your property, scoops and bags the poop, and puts it where you prefer. We do not have a guaranteed time of day for the waste cleaning service but will schedule your first clean for a time where you can be present.
We will text you before we arrive & will send you a poop report when we leave to ensure you know the health status of your dogs.
PET SAFTEY: Keep your dog indoors during the pet waste removal service if you will not be present with them. We will text you when we are on our way. We are not responsible for escaped pets. We will charge the normal rate even when unable to perform the service due to unsupervised pets.
PAYMENT & LATE FEES: All accounts are pre-charged for the month around the 1st. There will be a late fee of $10.00 per month for payments not received the first week of each month. Any account that has not been paid by the end of the first week of the month will have service stopped & may not be able to continue service in the future. Please contact us to cancel your services & you will remain in good standing for future services.
WHEN WE CANNOT SERVICE: Your fee includes certain holidays we will observe without compensation of cost or service. We are closed on all national holidays & will let you know if we need to change your weekly service day as needed to accommodate. We reserve the right to temporarily change service days as needed. If you are missed due to circumstances beyond your control, i.e. illness, downed vehicle, etc., your bill will be pro-rated accordingly. Our hours are from dawn to dusk. If you are missed due to acts of God, i.e. heavy rain, snow, hurricane, earthquakes, etc., your bill will not be pro-rated and you will be responsible for the full amount of your monthly bill as we will have double the work when we return. If the yard is not kept up (tall grass, leaves, debris, etc) we will get what we can see. We do not move lawn objects to scoop but will scoop around them. If waste is frozen to the ground and will not come up after several attempts, we will leave it and get it when it is able to be scooped. If gate is locked or frozen we will not be able to scoop.
INITIAL & ONE TIME CLEAN UP: You may pay $20-$40 additional for your first clean depending on how long it’s been since your yard was previously cleaned. (If your yard hasn’t been cleaned all winter it could take significantly longer than a standard service & may require two scoop technicians) If your yard is well maintained there is no additional fee.
ONE TIME CLEANS START AT $50 & REQUIRE A $25 DEPOSIT. Remainder is due at time of service. We will work for one hour but may have to return another time if waste is excessive (Typically from lack of cleaning up all winter)
NUMBER OF DOGS:
Please notify us with any changes to number of dogs using the yard services before next scheduled service date. Please be honest about how many dogs you have. If we suspect otherwise we reserve the right to suspend service.
PRIVACY:
While we reserve your right to have video surveillance we do not approve of sharing video of our scoopers on any public network.
EITHER PARTY MAY TERMINATE AGREEMENT AT ANYTIME.
