The Pin Oak Charity Horse Show management attempts to fulfill all stabling requests. However, there are many factors that come into play when assigning stalls and RV spots. Below are some of the factors that are taken into consideration during this process:
- Location of stabling assigned in prior years
- The length of time the exhibitor has supported the Show.
- The degree of support of the Show by the exhibitor, giving due regard to support by means of personal time and efforts, support by contribution of money and exhibition of horses
