  • Welcome to the group booking process for CHW 2025. Over these next few pages you will be asked for details about all members of your group booking. Once this process is complete you will be given details about payments. Once you've submitted the form you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not recieve an email please check your junk folder, if you still receive nothing contact Tricia at booking@castlewellanholidayweek.org

    Please note:

    • All bookings are NOT complete until payment is received in full. 
    • EARLY BOOKING PRICES run until 30th April. After that prices will increase by £20/€20 per person
    • If for any reason you are unable to attend or need to cancel your booking before the end of June, any refund will be calculated less a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £20/€20 PER PERSON.
    • You must complete all of sections 1, 2, 3 & 5, and the appropriate part of section 4.
    • It is essential that the youth and children's team have the correct ages of all children and young people.
    • Castlewellan Holiday Week reserves the right to refuse admission.

    • Please state the date of birth and current school year of all those 18 years and younger.

  • Please select your accommodation type from the following, and see additional information for each option below:

  • A. CASTLEWELLAN CARAVAN & CAMPING SITE: This is booked directly with the Council. Bookings opened on 14th January 2025

  • B: CARRIGS ROAD CARAVAN SITE:

    The site will open on Thursday 31st July at 2pm and close at 6pm on Saturday 9th August.

    The site is on the Carrigs Road, Newcastle, just off the main Castlewellan to Newcastle hotel (near the Burrendale Hotel).

    Toilets and showers are available on site but there is no electric hookup.

    Caravans, Tents, Motorhomes and awnings are all welcome.

    Site rules will be circulated after booking.

  • SECTION 5: PAYMENT

  • Please remember, all bookings are NOT complete until payment is received in full. 

    Refunds are at the discretion of the CHW Committee and may be subject to an administration fee.

  • *As advised by the Castle Manager, those with special medical requirements will have priority if booking an en suite room.

      We are happy to receive payment over a number of months as long as the final payments are made prior to the end of June and any bank fees are covered.

      ***TO SECURE YOUR EARLY BOOKING PRICES, please pay £20/€20 per person on your booking as a non-refundable deposit by 30th April***

      EARLY BOOKING: rates will run from when booking opens until 30th April

      On 1st MAY fees will increase by £20/€20 for adults and children & youth, under 3's will increase by £5.

      The total amount you pay will depend on the date of your initial booking for the number attending.
