GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Submission deadline to enter the adult exchange program is 6/1/2024 or when all seats are SOLD OUT! The total cost for the Adult International Exchange program is roughly $4,585. (Payment plans are available for your flight only) The total price includes airfare, hotel accomodations and excursions. However, this price is based on current pricing as of 3/25/24 through our dedicated travel rep at asaptickets.com. Please note: Payment plans are only available for your flight only. Hotel and excursions will be paid directly to the foundation.
• A $250 non-refundable hold fee is required to reserve your seat. This fee will NOT go towards your travel. This fee will go towards security and transportation cost when we arrive in Uganda. All entry fees will hold your spot within the program until 6/1/2024. Seats are limited!
• Proof of payment plan and/or itinerary details will be required to maintain your position on 6/1/2024.
• ALL entry fees/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

International & Immunization Information

You must have a passport and secure your Visa online for travel to Uganda. The fee for your passport is roughly $180, the fee for your visa is $50, which is not included in the trip cost. Yellow Fever immunizations are also required for travel to Uganda. Immunizations recommended for travel to Uganda include up-to-date routine vaccinations, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Malaria, Typhoid, and Tetanus. Visit your local Passport Health office or find more information at CDC.gov.

You must be 16 years or older to travel alone.
