We are excited to have you at our 2023 Annual AFAPA Conference, "We Are The Village!" Please read the below details & instructions for registration

- Thursday, May 11th (8:15am to 4:45pm )
- Friday, May 12 (8:15am to 4:45pm)
- Saturday, May 13 (conference ends at 10:00 am)

Cost:
$35.00 per person attending, ages 2 & older. Each registration fee includes room for 2 nights, 3 meals each full day, Saturday morning breakfast, snacks/refreshments, and conference materials. For example, if you and your spouse attend and also bring a sitter & child over 2 years old, total cost would be $140.00 ($35 x 4).
Details:
For your two night stay, you may choose either Wednesday & Thursday night OR Thursday & Friday night. You may add an additional night directly with Shocco Springs at their regular rate. No childcare is available during our Conference and children are not permitted in the workshops. Should children attend with you, you are responsible for bringing your own sitter or making arrangements for childcare.
Attendee Waiver:
All Attendees must complete a waiver for the conference. Click HERE for the waiver.
Cancellations:
Should you not be able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by email Training@afapa.org. Deadline for cancellation is Sunday, April 30, 2023. Any cancellations received after this date can not be refunded but you may claim your unused registration fee as a tax-deductible donation to AFAPA. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund after this date.
