An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and attendees with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By registering for and attending Kappa Delta Phi NAS Convention 2023, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Code of Conduct Agreement

I agree to abide by the Code of Conduct and Risk Management policies of Kappa Delta Phi National Affiliated Sorority, Inc. I understand that violations of the Code of Conduct, Risk Management policies,and/or violations to local, state, and federal laws will result in expulsion from the event and venue, and registration fees paid will not be refunded.
