A budget is provided to the families in February, but this is subject to adjustment based on the exact costs. Coordinators will be open with families on exact expenses and any outstanding fees are expected to be paid prior to graduation dayI will actively participate in all planning activities and volunteer as needed to ensure a successful graduation.

To keep costs down, parents need to volunteer to help with the planning, organizing, and decorating. Please include some notes on what areas you would like to volunteer. Consider things like ordering cap/gowns, ordering class t-shirts, organizing senior photos, organizing senior events, creating the program or slideshows, or decorating for the reception.
