2023 DSA Convention Proposal Submission Form

Please use this form to submit proposals for debate at the 2023 DSA Convention. Any member or group of DSA members in good standing may propose Resolutions, Constitution/Bylaws Amendments, and Platform Amendments between February 20 and April 14, 2023.

To be considered for debate at the Convention, proposals must have a minimum of 300 signatures of support from DSA members who are in good standing as of February 20. For more details about submitting proposals, please review the 2023 Convention Rules.

Additionally, resolutions are required to have a completed Resolution Work Plan Proposal that must be submitted with this form.
