GENERAL GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS

• Pre-registration is advisable for pet profiling
• Pets must be atleast 3 months w/ updated Vet record (anti-rabies shot, vaccinated, dewormed, etc.).
• Pets in heat/lactating are not allowed to compete.
• Pets showing signs and symptoms of flu, distemper, parvo and the like, are discouraged to join.
• Owners and pet contestants must arrive 30 minutes before the show starts.
• Present updated VET Card/Booklet upon registration

FUN MATCH MECHANICS

Dogs will be checked according to Conformation, Obedience, Breeding

• ALL BREED - OPEN CATEGORY from the age of 3 months and above.

• Criteria for Judging:

  - 40 points - Breed Standard (conformation, physical built, etc)

  - 20 points - Gaiting/Stacking (walking, standing, behavior)

  - 20 points- General Health & Grooming (Fur, ears, mouth, teeth, pits)

  - 20 points - Over -all Appearance (subjective to the judge)

• There will be 5 Major Awards

  ·         Best in Show  - P5,000.00 + Top Breed Products + Freebies

  ·         2nd Place – P4, 000.00 + Top Breed Products + Freebies

  ·         3rd Place  – P3, 000.00 + Top Breed Products + Freebies

  ·         4th Place – P2, 000.00 + Top Breed Products + Freebies

  ·         5th Place  – P1, 000.00 + Top Breed Products + Freebies

FASHION SHOW MECHANICS

Dogs are encouraged to wear any costume for higher points though not required

• The fashion show contest is OPEN TO ALL sizes and types of dogs from the age of 3 months and above.
       
  Dog Size category
  (A) Toy/Small Size
  (B) Medium/Large/XL Size

• Costume theme may be referred to – Pamulinawen festival: Shine Laoag. Must be made of light material. It should not cause pain and obstruction to the pet.

• Criteria for Judging:

  • 50 points – Costume Design & Creativity
  • 40 points – Stage Projection
  • 10 points – Audience Impact

• There will be 5 Major Awards per category
