  • Funding & Rebates

    We are a private service, which means services are paid directly by families.


    Currently, we can support families to claim services under:

    • Self-managed NDIS plans

    • Medicare rebates, with a valid referral from a GP, paediatrician or other medical specialist (e.g. Chronic Disease Management Plan). Please note these do not cover the full cost of the session.

    • Private health insurance rebates - rebates depend on your provider and level of cover

    Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer mobile services for clients with plan-managed NDIS funding.


    We have a limited number of clinic and telehealth services available for families who wish to claim Plan-managed NDIS funding. If you are using plan-managed NDIS funding, wait times may be longer, and availability is not guaranteed. 


    As a non-registered provider, we are unable to accept NDIA-managed NDIS referrals.
